Clients can choose whether or not they want to work side by side in the organizing process, or if they prefer to be elsewhere, Moving Beyond will provide a lockbox so the house can be accessed when empty.
Home Walk Through
Get to know who you are working with and create a detailed and tailored plan specific to your needs and desires. Touring the house will help create a more accurate quote, as well as a clear understanding of your boundaries and preferences. It is also an ideal time to give you a lockbox if you choose to move forward with
Moving Beyond.
Bronze Package
The Bronze Package is our simplest package. It includes organizing and a light clean. Surfaces will be dusted, the floors will be vacuumed, and the kitchen and bathrooms will have a basic cleaning. Although it is not as thorough, the details will not be overlooked, and your house will still receive a proper care.
Silver Package
The Silver Package is a step up. Not only will your items be packaged, labeled and organized, each room will receive a high dusting, full surface wipe-downs in addition to the dusting, a thorough kitchen clean and grout work to reduce any mold buildup in bathroom showers or tubs as well as cleaning out bathroom drains. All hard flooring will be mopped as well as vacuumed.
Gold Package
The Gold Package will set your house up for the market. All reachable interior windows will be cleaned. All interior cabinets and appliances will be spot free. Every rug, carpet, couch, or chair you have will be steam cleaned to perfection. This extra step will help to eliminate any lingering odors which can boost your salability and free your mind and body from any built-up allergens. If furry friends once resided here, this service is highly recommended.
My Commitment to the Environment
At Moving Beyond, I am committed to being as eco-friendly as possible. All of my cleaning products are non-toxic and can be ingested (although it might not taste great). They are low waste, as I formulate the products myself to eliminate unnecessary plastics. All my products are odor free, pet friendly, and very effective. Thank you for supporting a local business that aims to help our planet as best as possible.
* Box and wrapping fee will be added on once project is completed. Client can opt to provide these materials and fee will not apply.
Assisted Living Cleaning
Seniors hold a special place in my heart. Life can become overwhelming and I would love to facilitate you in your well-being. I charge half off for seniors living in assisted living facilities located in the greater Lowell area. My focus will be more on cleaning than organizing unless requested otherwise.
